Home cleaning includes:
Kitchen: We will vacuum or mop your floors and wipe down countertops and appliances.
Living room: We will vacuum your floor and furniture, including under the cushions.
Dining room: We will wipe and clean all of the furniture and remove dust. Our Trusted Services house cleaner will finish off this room by vacuuming the floor.
Bedrooms: We will dust baseboards, window sills, and every other surface in your bedroom. We’ll even clean mirrors, hanging frames, and vacuum to finish. We can also replace bed linens upon your request.
Bathrooms: In addition to clearing these rooms of dust and cobwebs, we’ll also clean your mirrors, faucets, basins, countertops, and surrounding areas. Our Trusted Services house cleaner will take the time to clean the interior and exterior of your shower and your toilet before vacuuming and mopping the floor. As one of the most important rooms in the house, it’s critical that your bathroom is as sanitary as possible.

What is NOT included in your cleaning plan?

Additional rooms: We’re happy to incorporate other rooms into your cleaning plan. Trusted Services is proud to offer a comprehensive residential cleaning service that can be customized to your specifications.

Laundry room: Trusted Services residential housekeepers will clean all surfaces in this room, from wiping down the washer and dryer to mopping the floor.

Additional Cleaning: We are happy to clean your Oven, Refrigerator and complete your Laundry (wash, dry and fold your bath towels, bed linens and other clothing items) upon your request.
What time will my property be cleaned?
We strive to give homes the individualized attention they deserve. Therefore, we’re not able to provide an exact time of arrival, but we do our best to ensure that our cleaning plan doesn’t interfere with your schedule. Your Trusted Services house cleaner will arrive during our arrival window of 9a-11am in the morning or 12-4pm in the afternoon.
How do I cancel a service?

What if I need to reschedule a service?
We will work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
What is your refund policy?
If the booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the service is rendered there will be no refund. The service fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within 48 hours.

Why am I paying a Cleaning Service fee?
There is a $59.99 service fee that will be applied to all bookings to cover the liability of the staff. The service fee is non-refundable should your booking be canceled less than 48 hours before the service is rendered.
